Outboard Servicing and Repair
Servicing an outboard is an absolute must to ensure the safety of your crew and the full enjoyment of your day.
We service most makes of modern outboards, we offer a range on different services depending on the outboard and service kit availability.
New outboards should be serviced after 20 hours, and then every 100 hours or as recommended by the manufacturer . Always check the service schedule on newer outboards.
All outboards will be tested before any service work is done. Outboards with running issues will be diagnosed and repaired accordingly before any service work is undertaken, a running test will be offered before the outboard is taken away. Carburettor cleaning and ultra-sonic cleaning also available.

Boat Work and Maintenance
Pressure washing, anti fouling and copper coating available for a trouble-free season on the water ensuring your hull is in its best shape.
All rigging work undertaken, supply and fitting of all new outboards, controls and steering including hydraulic steering systems.
Rib and Sib patch repair on PVC and Hypalon, including D-ring, snap davits and valve replacement. Minor GRP and gel coat repairs all undertaken.
Battery replacement and secondary batteries fittings, with isolators and ACR (automatic charging relay). Re-wiring, switch panels, transducers and on-board electronics all fitted with confidence.
Boat Trailer Servicing
Boat trailers have a pretty rough time, stored for long periods, and then constantly being dipped in and out of the sea. This can be hard work on the brakes, bearings and other moving parts. To keep your trailer safe on the road, regular checks and servicing in strongly advised.
Having your trailer serviced or repaired by an expert will cost less than you think and give you confidence when towing.
From U-bolts, wheels and winches to complete roller systems and new trailers. We can supply, fit and advise all of the above.

Chandlery
Although we don't offer a chandlery showroom, we can usually source most items. We have a great network of suppliers for items that are not always available in Cornwall.
Outboard genuine parts for Tohatsu, Yamaha, Suzuki, Mercury and Mariner are all available on request. Providing part numbers and an outboard serial number make obtaining the correct parts quicker and easier.
